David Cliff Position: President & CEO, Director
David Cliff is the former Exploration Manager, Europe of Rio Tinto Exploration. During his 26 years with Rio Tinto he was involved in the discovery of three gold and one copper deposit and gained experience in the exploration of a wide variety of minerals and deposit types with a particular specialization in copper-gold porphyry systems and epithermal precious metal systems. He has lead multinational and multidisciplinary teams in a variety of environments and jurisdictions, particularly in Central and Eastern Europe and Turkey and has extensive experience in the evaluation of mineral projects and in the negotiation of all forms of mining industry agreements.

| |  | Robert F. Giustra Position: Chairman
Mr. Giustra has been actively engaged in the creation, financing, development and management of publicly-traded junior mining companies since 1992. His early experience in public markets includes working as an Investment Advisor with a national securities broker and later as an Investment Banker with an international investment dealer; where he co-founded institutional equity sales and corporate finance departments with a specialist focus on the junior mining sector. Since 1998, Mr. Giustra has held senior executive positions with and served on the board of, a number of junior mining companies. He is presently the Chief Executive Officer of Columbus Gold and Columbus Silver corporations.

| |  | Michael Johnson Position: Director
Professor Johnson recently retired as Chairman of Glebe Mines Ltd., the principal fluorspar-barytes mining company in Western Europe, and is presently the Chairman of Land Regeneration Management Ltd. and Ettrick Holdings Ltd., companies that are connected with land management or mineral extraction. Professor Johnson is a member of the Board of Directors of Free State Diamonds SA, and is the founder of KimCor Diamonds plc, an AIM-listed company. Professor Johnson, the author of 2 books and over 150 technical papers, holds (or has held) a number of advisory positions with professional institutes, national governments, international agencies and funding organizations, including the World Bank and the United Nations (Environment Program), and is retained as an external advisor on environmental matters to several international mining companies, including Rio Tinto plc and New Boliden-Outokumpu. Professor Johnson is particularly experienced in the scoping and management of environmental assessments and audits, the implementation of environmental management strategies in the mining industry and the development of programs for the restoration and re-vegetation of decommissioned mine sites.

| |  | Nicholas Royston Clarke Position: Director
Mr. Clarke has nearly 40 years of experience in the mining industry and in managing publicly traded companies, having held the positions of Managing Director with Oriel Resources plc, and President, CEO, and Executive Director of Lero Gold Corporation, as well as a host of other positions with notable international mining firms. Oriel Resources listed on the London Stock Exchange AIM market in 2004 and the TSX Venture Exchange in 2005; in 2008 it was sold to Mechel OAO of Russia for total consideration of $1.5 billion. Oriel's principal asset was the 19M tonne Voskhod chrome ore deposit in Kazakhstan which under Mr. Clarke's leadership was advanced from the exploration stage to development, feasibility, mine construction and successful mine commissioning in only three and a half years. Mr. Clarke also has senior operational management experience within the producing mining industries of South Africa, Ghana, Saudi Arabia, and the United Kingdom.
He is currently the CEO of London based Central Asia Metals Ltd which has copper, gold and molybdenum assets in Kazakhstan and Mongolia and he is also a non-executive director of AIM-listed Sunkar Resources plc and Obtala Resources plc.

| |  | John F. Prochnau * Position: Special Advisor
Mr. Prochnau is a mining engineer and geologist with degrees from the University of Washington, Seattle, USA, and McGill University, Montreal, Canada.
Early in his career, Mr. Prochnau held management positions with Selection Trust Group, where he was in charge of American operations and the discovery and development of the Alligator Ridge Gold Mine in Nevada, and Billiton International Metals B.V. of the Netherlands. He formed his consulting company in 1984 and has subsequently managed several private exploration syndicates and publicly listed mineral companies responsible for a number of gold and base metal discoveries and mine developments in the United States, South America and Australia.
Mr. Prochnau was founder of Brancote Holdings plc of which he was managing director until 1999. Brancote Holdings plc's Argentinean subsidiary, Minera El Desquite S.A., discovered the high-grade Esquel Gold Deposit which was acquired by Meridian Gold Corp. for USD $368 million.
Mr. Prochnau is currently Chief Executive Officer and a director of Hidefield Gold Plc, which is listed on the Alternative Investment Market ("AIM") of the London Stock Exchange, and is a director of Columbus Gold Corporation. Mr. Prochnau is one of eleven distinguished members of the Kitco/Casey Explorer's League, and is also a member of a panel of advisors to Anglo Pacific Group plc, an AIM listed company primarily involved in strategic acquisitions in the mining sector.

Mr. McGrath is a professional accountant who has spent the last nine years providing financial management services to publicly traded companies, with emphasis on junior mineral exploration and oil and gas exploration companies. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons) degree from Memorial University of Newfoundand and has attained two professional accounting designations - CGA and CPA. Additionally, he is currently a Director of AMI Resources Inc and the Chief Financial Officer of Columbus Gold Corp.

| |  | Joel Schuster Position: VP Legal & Corporate Secretary
Mr. Schuster is a graduate of the University of Toronto with degrees in political science and law, and is a member of the bar in British Columbia and Massachusetts. Mr. Schuster has worked in private legal practice for nearly a decade, most recently with DuMoulin Black LLP in Vancouver. Mr. Schuster has represented numerous mining companies in Canada and the United States in connection with initial public offerings, takeovers, company maintenance, corporate governance, public disclosure requirements, and the acquisition and disposition of mineral properties. His experience provides the Company with legal and managerial experience in its efforts to explore and commercialize its mineral holdings.

| |  | Yassen Khrischev Position: VP of Exploration
Mr. Khrischev has 12 years of broad international experience with Rio Tinto in mineral exploration and in a variety of exploration roles, including as a Senior Project Geologist, and he has most recently held a Consulting Geologist position with Newmont in Turkey and Armenia. Mr. Khrischev has experience with a number of commodities, particularly gold and copper, and primarily in the exploration of copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry deposits and epithermal gold deposits in countries situated along the western section of the Tethyan Metallogenic Belt, including Serbia, Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania and Turkey. He was also involved in the discovery of the Saray Guney gold deposit in western Iran. Mr. Khrischev holds a Masters Degree in Geology and Geochemistry from the University of Sofia in Bulgaria.
